• Cancellations made 30+ days before: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund

Upon full payment, clients receive personal usage rights to their images. We retain the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Delivery and Timeline

Edited images are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks for standard sessions and 6-8 weeks for weddings. Rush delivery may be available for additional fees.
